Mint & Chilli Lamb Sausage Rolls with Tztatziki

This dish from our perennial favourite Donna Hay will become your new go to when you want tasty but quick, perfect for this time of year. I have made this twice already! I made as a log but would be equally good as individual rolls served with your favourite Christmas cocktail.


  • 500gm Leelands lamb mince
  • ½ c panko crumbs
  • ¼ c mlik
  • 3 tsps dried mint ( I used fresh mint finely chopped )
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • ¼ chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • 2 sheets of pre rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Store bought tzatziki,to serve
