Ingredients

  • 500g lamb shoulder, cubed or on the bone
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 5-6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 table spoon dried mint
  • 1 container of spice mix
  • 1/4 cup runny honey
  • 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  • 10 -12 dried figs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
